Return Policy

We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects, and each parasol is inspected prior to delivery to ensure this. If an item was damaged in transit, please alert Carasol within 72 hours of delivery. Damaged or unused product in saleable condition may be returned within 10 days from the date of delivery for an exchange or refund. Merchandise received after the 10 days will only be accepted at our discretion for an online store credit. The return/exchange value is determined by the last retail price of the item.

We will only refund shipping charges if we sent the wrong item or the item sent was damaged in transit. If you are making an exchange because you would like a different style, color or are unsatisfied with your purchase, you will be responsible for shipping costs on your exchange or return. Please use the most economical shipping method available. We cannot reimburse you for an amount greater than your purchased shipping cost. If possible, use the original packaging for your return. We recommend purchasing insurance and a tracking number, as Carasol is not responsible for lost items in the mail.

Contact info@carasolparasols.com to arrange for the return of your item. Please write "Return" plus your Order Number in the subject line. This will facilitate the return process.

Please note: We do not accept returns on products that were not purchased via this website.

All sale merchandise is final sale and cannot be returned unless it is damaged or we sent the wrong item.
