Tax on Orders Placed Online
If the destination state collects sales tax, we will collect that tax on your order. The legal definition of "nexus" - the "presence" of a company in a certain state - means that the presence of a Carasol dealer in a state is enough for a state to collect sales tax; Carasol remits this money to the proper state.

Return Policy
By purchasing an item from this website, you are agreeing to the terms of Carasol's return policy. We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange. Unused or defective merchandise may be returned within 15 days after purchase for an exchange or refund. Merchandise received after 15 days will only be accepted at our discretion for an online store credit. We will only refund shipping charges if we sent the wrong item or the item sent was defective. If you are making an exchange because you would like a different style or color, you will be charged for shipping on your exchange. The return/exchange value is determined by the last retail price of the item. Please note that we do not accept returns on products that were not purchased via this website. All merchandise sold on sale is final sale and cannot be returned unless it is damaged or we sent the wrong item. Please use the most economical shipping method for your return. We cannot reimburse you for an amount greater than your purchase amount. If possible, use the original packaging for your return.
